Dr. Madansky is a board-certified pediatrician who has devoted her career to promoting the social-emotional health of children and families.  She believes that healthy relationships are the key to happiness and growth. She is committed to working closely with family members to understand their child's challenges and strengths and to formulate a comprehensive treatment plan.  This may include:

  • child psychotherapy
  • family therapy
  • parent consultation
  • childcare or school consultation
  • medication
  • referral to and coordination with other professionals.

She treats children from birth to 14 years of age who present with issues such as behavior problems, depression or other mood disorders, anxiety, attachment disorders, attention problems, autistic spectrum disorders, exposure to traumatic events, changes in life circumstances, neglect or abuse, adoption issues, toileting problems, sleep problems and parenting issues.

Dr. Madansky has been trained in a wide variety of therapeutic modalities and responds to each child's unique situation with an individualized approach.
